How to Order from VAPERS MY Hub?
You can place your order directly through our VAPERS MY website. Please note that there is no payment gateway on the site. After submitting your order, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm and arrange delivery.

When Will I Receive My VAPERS MY Order?
Same-Day Delivery (Malaysia): Orders placed before 5:00 PM for disposable vapes, pods, or devices qualify for same-day delivery between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Afternoon Delivery: Selected VAPERS MY items are eligible for afternoon delivery (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) if ordered early in the day. Please check with our team to see if your product qualifies.
Mods & E-Juices: Delivery takes approximately 7 – 14 days, depending on stock availability.
How Will My VAPERS MY Order Be Delivered?
Our delivery driver will WhatsApp you upon arrival. Standard delivery is to the drop-off point of your building or house entrance.
If you can’t meet in person, you can request our special doorstep service—leave the cash in a safe spot (mailbox, shoe rack, riser, etc.). The driver will collect the cash and leave your items.
Note: Doorstep service costs an additional RM10.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
No deposit is required. VAPERS MY Hub provides cash-on-delivery service across Malaysia for your convenience.
Is There a Minimum Order?
No minimum order is needed—order any quantity you like.
